Joyce Stockham is a seasoned veteran when it comes to helping individuals and families. After 15 years providing direct employment and training services to limited income individuals and families, it was a natural move to leadership and program design and development. Joyce is a Certified Community Action Professional, and works closely with state and local organizations to address and eliminate poverty across Kansas focusing primarily in South Central Kansas.

Kay Patteson brings twelve years' experience in the housing industry. She has successfully managed Senior Tax Credit Property and Multi Family Tax Credit Property. Additionally, she has expertise in working with Section 8 Housing Programs. Her certifications Housing Qualities Standards (HQS), Tax Credit specialist and Accredited Residential Management. Kay is dedicated to providing safe and affordable housed. Her passion is helping Low income individuals and families find a unit they can call home.

Melissa is a Licensed Master Social Worker with emphasis in Direct Family Centered Practice and more than three years’ experience in social work practice. Her variety of experiences in child welfare, school social work with low income high school students, and grieving families counseling make her uniquely qualified to take on the challenges of poverty. Her passion is to promote social justice as well as dignity and self-worth. Melissa understands and appreciates the diversity of people in all walks of life.
Kristina Young is a Master’s level licensed Social Worker and brings with her 18 years experience in the social service arena. Kristina has been a trainer in a diverse number of topics such as parenting, child and parent reintegration and various self help topics. She strives to assist customers in setting and achieving goals. She loves being able to celebrate and appreciate the differences between rural and city atmospheres.
Hannah is a Licensed Master Social Worker. Her background of populations served is diverse and has provide her knowledge in many areas including military families, veterans, poverty, health care, and child welfare. Hannah’s passion is to provide understanding, insight, and guidance in the process of helping people identifying the tools they already possess to reach their goals.
Jennifer brings eight years of experience as an administrative assistant. She is experienced in greeting customer, managing phones and providing initial information. Jennifer is excited to be involved in the process of helping eliminate poverty and helping people help themselves. She is a part of the team to support Mid-KS CAP as a resource to help fight poverty and the opportunity for all to be successful in life. Jennifer is the first face of Mid-KS CAP and wants you to know that "we can all be successful together".
